Joining University College Chemistry Alumni Association (UCCAA)
Eligibility for membership and Admission Procedure:-
i) Any person who was a Student of the Department of Chemistry with Chemistry as the main subject in the University College for under graduate or post graduate
studies.
ii) Any teacher, present or former in the Department of Chemistry, University College, Thiruvananthapuarm.
Any person satisfying the above clause may contact one of the Secretaries, UCCAA and submit an application in the prescribed format seeking admission after
remitting membership fee. The Secretary shall place such applications before the Executive Committee with his recommendation for their consideration and admission
to the fraternity by the Executive Committee subject to final approval of the General Body.
Membership Fee
Life Membership - Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only)
Annual Membership - Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only)
The Membership form ( Word / pdf Formats ) may be downloaded, filled and sent as an attachment by e-mail ( given below ), followed by contacting Secretary- Iover
telephone. The filled up application may also be sent by post ( address given below ). The Membership fee may be paid in cash ( in person) or by Demand Draft
(in person or by post) taken in favour of The Secretary,UCCAA payable at Thiruvananthapuram. If DD is sent by post, the Full address and Contact No of the applicant
should be written on the reverse side of the DD.
Membership will be granted based on the decision of the executive committee.

NB. In the event of any member not renewing the membership for a continuous period of 3 years, the membership will stand automatically forfeited. General Body
has the power to reject membership to anyone, or to remove the name from the membership of the Association, on sufficient grounds.
